ABOUT US
St. Isidore Next Generation was founded in 2016 with a goal of uplifting the standards of living for the people in the villages of Uganda. Establishing modern farming practices within the local communities was one of the first programs that was initiated. This was in Kakubansiri village, located about 85 miles southwest from Kampala, the capital city. Most of Uganda’s village communities are solely dependent on subsistence farming.

Our first crop was maize, which is a major staple for this area. We have since added over 3000 chickens, and up to 70 pigs. We also planted a total of about 400 fruit trees including oranges, mangoes, and avocados.

The farm helps to provide food to the community, and it’s a training center in effective modern methods of farming for the local population. Within the previous year, St. Isidore Foundation has expanded its programs to provide clean water through our well digging program and scholarships/financial aid to students from elementary to college level.

Our mission: To provide spiritual and physical nutrition through ensuring food security, skilled and low-skilled job opportunities, as well as formal and informal education for life sustaining skills to our local population.
